
He now resides in Felton, California (just outside of Santa Cruz)
and is Dean of the College and the founder of the Digital Audio Technology
program at Cogswell Polytechnical College in Sunnyvale, CA. His major areas
of interest are Internet technologies, digital sound synthesis, music performance
and algorithmic music.
Mr. Duncan's compositional work has been awarded by a number of art organizations

He has given guest composer residencies at Southern Methodist University in
Dallas, TX, the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music,
and the University of Memphis. In 2004 he gave presentations at the ideaFestival
in Lexington, KY and the College Music Society National Conference in San
Francisco.

Mr. Duncan is a member of the College Music Society, the American Music Center
and Composers Forum.
